1. Proceed to the support page and locate the device product page for the Prosafe product.
2. Open the release notes from the new tab for the firmware that you are downloading.
3. To download the firmware, login to the device and proceed to administration & settings backup> upgrade.
4. Tap to choose a file and browse to the file location where you can download the firmware on your PC.
5. Tap to upgrade and the device will start upgrading the firmware.
6. After the process completes, your device will reboot automatically.
7. After the booting process is completed, login and proceed to system info and verify the firmware upgrade is successful.
